| "Transcript ID" - Search your transcripts specifically by the transaction ID.
|

| "Search" - Search your transcripts by a keyword(s) anywhere in the transaction.

| "Operator" - This is login/username of the Operator the chat was with.
|
|
|
| "Visitor" - This is the IP Address of the visitor in this chat session.
|
|
|
| "Timestamp" - This is the timestamp when the transaction was recorded at the end of the chat session.
|

| "Department" - This is the department that the visitor was chatting with during this session.

| View - Clicking this will bring up the screen with information about the visitor and the chat conversation.

| Delete - Clicking this will delete the entire chat conversation from your database.

| Manage Transcripts
|

|
| Deleting your transcripts regularly can drastically improve the performance of your PHP Live Helper.
|
|
|
| "Department" - Select the department to delete transcripts from.
|
|
|
| "Timeline" - "Older Than" will use "From Day" to select the number, in days to delete transcripts older than that many days. "Between" will do the same but use "To Day" to determine the ending number, in days to delete transcripts. (ie. With "Between" select and "From To"=90 and "To Day"=30 will delete transcripts between 90 and 30 days old.) The "After" will use the "From Day" to delete all records from that day until now.

| "From Day" - Will be the day to start the deletion from, in days ago.

| "To Day" - Will be the ending day to delete transcripts. Only used with "Between" selected in the Timeline".
