View Reports

"Quick Stats" - This will give you a quick breakdown of stats on your site. Select the day for "Quick Stats" with the "Calendar".

"Calendar" - This will allow you to select a day for which you are viewing the reports.

"Top XX Referrers" - These are the Top XX sites that referred visitors to your site.

"Top XX Visitors" - These are the Top XX Visitors for any given day.

"Top XX Pages Visited" - These are the Top XX pages visited on your site on any given day.

"Top XX Exit Pages" - These are the Top XX exit pages on your site on any given day.

Manage Reports

Deleting your reports regularly can drastically improve the performance of your PHP Live Helper.

"Report Type" - Select the type of reports to delete.

"Timeline" - "Older Than" will use "From Day" to select the number, in days to delete reports older than that many days. "Between" will do the same but use "To Day" to determine the ending number, in days to delete reports. (ie. With "Between" select and "From To"=90 and "To Day"=30 will delete reports between 90 and 30 days old.) The "After" will use the "From Day" to delete all records from that day until now.

"From Day" - Will be the day to start the deletion from, in days ago.

"To Day" - Will be the ending day to delete reports. Only used with "Between" selected in the Timeline".

Search Surveys

"Department" - Search your surveys specifically by the Department.

"Search" - Search your survey by a keyword(s) anywhere in the survey.

Surveys

"Timestamp" - This is the timestamp when the survey was recorded at the end of the chat session.

"Visitor IP" - This is the IP Address of the visitor in this chat session.

"Department" - This is the department that the visitor was chatting with during this session.

"Operator" - This is login/username of the Operator the chat was with.

"Action" -

View - Clicking this will bring up the screen with the visitor's answers to the survey.

Delete - Clicking this will delete the entire survey from your database.
