| "Name" - This is the name of the Operator that is shown to the users/customers in a chat.
|
|
|
| "Login" - This is the Operator's login/username and will be used to login to the Admin Area.
|
|
|
| "Email" - This is the email address associated with the Operator.
|
|
|
| "Department" - This is the department(s) the Operator will be able to receive chat requests.
|
|
|
| "Action" - Edit lets you modify the Operators information / Delete will remove the Operator for your list of Operators.

| You can click on the Add New Button to add operators. Add / Edit will have the following settings.

|
| "Name" - This is the name of the Operator that is shown to the users/customers in a chat.

| "Login" - This is the Operator's login/username and will be used to login to the Admin Area.

| "Password" - This is the Operator's password and will be used to login to the Admin Area.

| "Is Administrator" - When "Yes" the operator will be able to have full functionality of the Admin area.

| When set to "No" they will only have a limited use of the Admin area.

| "Department" - This is the department(s) the Operator will be able to receive chat requests.

| "Login" - This is the Operator's login/username that is currently logged in.
|
|
|
| "Duration" - This is the Operator's duration of time they have been logged in.
|
|
|
| "Chat Sessions" - This is the Operator's number of chats they are currently in.
|
|
|
| "Action" - By clicking "Logout" you can logout the Operator completely.
