| In your Traffic Monitor Window you will find fields of information about your visitors that are on your site.

| "IP Address" - This is the IP address of the visitor on your site. You will click on this to Accept the Chat with the visitor when they request a chat.

|
| "Status" - The status will tell you about the visitor, whether he or she is currently chatting, with whom, and/or a number of other statuses.
|
|
|
| "Duration" - This is the duration that the visitor has been on your site.
|
|
|
| "Pages" - This is the number of pages the visitor has traveled on your site.
|
|
|
| "Location" - This is the current page the visitor is on in your site.
|
|
|
| "Browser" - This is the detected browser icon that shows, unknown browsers will appear as a "?" image.
|
|
|
| "OS" - This is the detected operating system icon that shows, unknown OS will appear as "?" image.
|
|
|
| "Action" - Depending on the "Status" of your visitor you may see the following "Actions"
|

|
| "Info" - This will show more detailed information about the visitor on your site in the bottom left window of the chat monitor.
|
|
|
| "Request" - This will invite a visitor on your site to chat with you.
|
|
|
| "Refuse" - This will refuse a requested chat from the visitor on your site that has requested to chat with an operator.
|
|
|
| "Remove" - This will remove the visitor from your traffic monitor window. If the visitor navigates to another page on your site they will reappear on the list, unless you adjust you IP Settings to do so.
