| "ID" - This is id set by the database and is only used by the program.

| "Name" - This is the Department's name and will displayed to the people on your site when choosing a department to chat with.

| "Operators" - This is the number of Operators associated with this Department.

| HTML Code: This will show you to the HTML code for this department.
|
|
|
| Status Icons: This will show the Online/Offline status Icons for this department.
|
|
|
| Pushes/Responses: This will show the Pushes/Responses for this department.
|
|
|
| Edit: This will take you to the page to edit this department with the features in the Add/Edit section below.
|
|
|
| Delete: This will delete a department completely from your PHP Live Helper application.
|
|
|

| You can click on the Add New Button to add departments. Add / Edit will have the following settings.

| "Email" - This is the email address associated with the Department.
|

| "Custom Greeting" - This is the greeting a visitor will see when they are waiting in the queue to chat with an Operator from that Department.
