| Chat Message

| Once you have click on the visitor's IP and have accepted the chat with them, you can type your message in the textbox near the left center and click "Send" to send the visitor your message.

| Push Commands

| Drop down the Push Commands List to select a URL or Image to push to the visitor you are currently chatting with. Click "Select" button to place text in the message box, click "Send" to send the URL or Image to the visitor.

| Responses
|
|
|
| Drop down the Responses List to select a response to the visitor you are currently chatting with. Click "Select" button to place text in the message box, click "Send" to send the URL or Image to the visitor.

| Transfer
|
|
|
| Drop down the Transfer List to select a Operator to transfer the visitor you are currently chatting with to that Operator. Click "Select" button to transfer visitor, you will be prompted to confirm you want to transfer this chat.

|
| Admin Chat
|
|
|
| Click on the "Admin Chat" button to open a new window with the Admin Chat room. All operators will see all messages in this room who have the Admin Chat window open.

|
|
| Logout
|
|
|
| Click the button in the top right that says "Logout" to logout of the traffic monitor and if no other operators are logged in, your Live Helper will appear Offline.
